Is drinking water provided in the property?

Yes, RO drinking water is available at the property.

Do you provide towels and toiletries?

Answer

Yes, our property is well-stocked with fresh sheets, towels and toiletries for you to use.

How often do you change the linens?

Answer

Linens are changed after every guest checks out. For longer stays, fresh linens and towels are also provided every 3 days.

Is there free Wi-Fi at the property?

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in our homes.

What are the additional services provided by ArtRest?

Answer

We would be happy to arrange car transfers, massages, BBQ set ups, reservations at restaurants and errand runs at an additional cost.

What are the charges for extra guests?

Mattresses for extra guests can be arranged at an additional cost. Please check with house help.

Is the property kid and pet friendly?

Answer

ArtRest is not pet friendly.

Can i have an event at ArtRest?

Answer

Yes, events may be possible at ArtRest, but you need to contact us in advance and get approval before hosting one.

Do you have a baby cot available?

No, a baby cot is not available.

What are the arrangements if we need medical aid?

Answer

A first-aid kit is available at the premises.

Do food delivery apps deliver at ArtRest?

Is an early check-in possible?

Answer

An early check-in may be possible if we do not have a prior booking. You need to let us know 2 days prior to the check-in and we will confirm depending on the availability.

What documents are required at the check-in?

Answer

We will require an ID proof (PAN/Passport/Adhar Card/Driving License) from all the guests staying at the villa, for our record.

What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Answer

You can check-in at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and you must check out by 12pm on your day of departure.

Can I have a late check-out?

Answer

Late check-outs are possible at an additional fee. You can check with the Customer Manager.

Is smoking allowed inside the property?

Answer

Smoking is prohibited inside the property but guests can smoke outside.

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer

The refund policy relating to cancellations is as follows:

Full refund if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before arrival.

50% refund if the booking is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before arrival.

No refund for cancellations made after that.

23. Is the cancellation policy flexible?

Answer

No. The cancellation policy follows the published refund schedule based on how many days remain before arrival.
